Leveraging the International Student Workforce
AIESEC is a global not-for-profit organization established in 1948 that is dedicated to empowering young leaders across the world. Operating in more than 126 countries and 2,600+ universities, we bridge Austin companies and the global talent pool of professionals to provide students and graduates with the opportunity to work in Austin for 3 to 18 months.
To bring these young professionals to Austin, we work with the U.S. State Department to carry out exchanges with the J1 Visa, which allows holders to come to the US and work, as well as the United Nations to develop projects that support the Sustainable Development Goals. Some of our current partners include PwC, Microsoft, and Google. AIESEC continues to supply these companies with international talent and provides a unique solution to their hiring needs.
