Will is the Director of the UNDP Representation Office and is the liasion between the U.S. government, think-tanks, NGOs, media, academia, and business communities, informing them of the UNDP’s role, capabilities, programmes and results. He has served in a wide variety of roles, including but not limited to, Director of the UN Information Centre, Director for Global and Functional Affairs in the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of Legislative Affairs, and Deputy Head of the Public Affairs Division for the Organization of Economic Development and Cooperation (OECD). “The World We Want” will be a high-level talk with a focus on macro-level initiatives and ideas, but will also address the new frontier of economic development- technology, entrepreneurship, and socially conscious business.
