Please join us to hear an update from Lisa J. Kubiske, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for International Finance & Development in the Bureau of Economic and Business Affairs for the U.S. Department of State.
A United States diplomat with experience in Latin America and China, she served as the U.S. Ambassador to Honduras, and Deputy Chief of Mission in Brazil and in the Dominican Republic. Earlier assignments include: Western Hemisphere Economics Director at the State Department; Officer in the State Department’s Operations Center and Secretariat Staff; Investment Director and Negotiator at the United States Trade Representative’s Office; chief of the Economic-Political Section at the U.S. Consulate General in Hong Kong; as well as additional work in Shanghai and Mexico City.
