Bring your invitation to the event; invitations are non-transferable.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"ast-button\" href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/YPApUJ8mpno92C2D8\">Request Your Invitation<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>About the Speaker<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Andrei Buzatu<\/strong> is an international economic development strategist, economic systems architect, and long-time observer of global affairs with more than two decades of experience working at the intersection of economics, diplomacy, geopolitics, geoeconomics, public policy, innovation, and international cooperation.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout his career, he has worked with governments, investment promotion agencies, multinational corporations, technology companies, academic institutions, and innovation ecosystems across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, providing him with a multidisciplinary perspective on the forces shaping international development and the evolving global order. His work focuses on designing cross-border investment frameworks and institutional models that connect governments, private capital, innovation ecosystems, and international markets.<\/p>\n<p>In recent years, his interests have expanded beyond traditional foreign direct investment and market-entry strategy toward the development of integrated economic systems, including airport-led development platforms, innovation districts, special economic zones, special development authorities, economic corridors, and regional competitiveness frameworks designed to strengthen long-term institutional capacity, economic resilience, and sustainable growth.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Buzatu has advised public and private sector leaders on economic development strategy, international investment, public-private partnerships, innovation policy, startup commercialization, and cross-border collaboration. He has also served as a judge for numerous international startup and innovation competitions and is a member of several professional organizations, including the World Affairs Council, the International Chamber of Commerce, the Austin Technology Council, and the World Business Angels Forum, where he serves as a Senator.<\/p>\n<p>Drawing on more than twenty years of observing how economic systems, political institutions, diplomacy, technology, culture, and societies interact across regions and civilizations, his current research explores the emergence of what he describes as the <em>Age of Civilizations<\/em>\u2014a framework for understanding how civilizations are increasingly shaping geopolitics, geoeconomics, technological leadership, economic development, and international cooperation in the twenty-first century.
